Nugent's abstract of the patent to Thomas Freshwater and Thomas Ceely, 22 October 1666, Patent Book 5, page 541 (663), names Henry Walton with Mary Thomas and Peter Evans for 126 acres at the mouth of Totaskey Creek, on the north side of Rappahannock County. He is not matched to Henry Wattons in the 22 March 1659 list.
